Every project begins with documents. A single tender package can hold hundreds of files, from drawings and technical specifications to contracts and administrative provisions, and all of it must be read against the clock. Requirements hide in appendices, risks in the fine print and deadlines in emails. What slips through shows up later, in the estimate, the schedule and the margin.

The expertise to handle this already exists. Experienced estimators, project managers and purchasers know exactly what to look for. What they lack is time. Too much of it goes to reading and searching, and too little to judgement, planning and building.
